- Residential land with either planning consent or with potential for permission. Small schemes up to £1m GDV or larger schemes between £1m and £5m GDV in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, South Somerset and East Devon.
- Retail development opportunities where there is a pre let or partial letting available.
- Town centre investments in large connurbations - £1m -£5m
- Sites of between 0.25 acre 0.5 acre in large university towns with potential for purpose built student accommodation.
- Vacant Freehold shops in small towns and large suburbs with or suitable for A2/A3 use. Must be at least 1000 square feet or capable of extending to provide ground floor accommodation of this size. Shops with non occupational tenant or with short leases considered.
- Investments either single or multi let with or without some voids or absent tenant/s. Any lot size considered.
- Hotel Sites - prominent main road sites of between 1 and 2.5 acres for hotel use.
