CLS Developments has undertaken many joint projects with developers, land owners and Funds. It continues to seek small commercial projects of between £1.5m and £4m for a London Borough Pension Fund whose preference is for retail schemes in strong towns with either part or entire pre lets in place. 

CLS is currently working with Kenmore Homes Group in developing Heathlands at Moreton, a £5.25m housing scheme designed by award winning architects MCA. Heathlands offers affordable housing using traditional materials associated with many Dorset villages while creating a modern village theme.

CLS is always prepared to consider approaches from owners of land or buildings where joint ventures are being considered as an alternative to outright sale.
